These terms govern your use of Striker. They explain what the service does, what it does not do, and the responsibilities that come with trading digital assets. Please read them carefully. By using Striker, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Alpha AI (“Alpha AI”, “we”, “us”) covering your access to and use of Striker, including our web app, Telegram bot, APIs, and any related tools (together, the “Service”).
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Eligibility
To use Striker you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live;
- not be located in, or a resident or citizen of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited;
- not be listed on, or owned or controlled by anyone listed on, any sanctions or restricted-party list;
- have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You may not use a VPN or other tools to get around geographic restrictions. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility at any time and may restrict access where required by law.
3. The Service
Striker is a trading interface that lets you discover and trade digital assets across supported blockchains from a single USDC balance. Where possible, Striker handles routing, bridging and network fees in the background so you do not need to manage them yourself.
Striker is software. It is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser or fiduciary. We do not trade on your behalf unless you instruct the Service to do so, and every transaction is initiated by you. Supported chains, assets and features may change at any time.
4. Your account and wallets
You may need to create an account or connect a wallet to use Striker. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login methods, devices, recovery phrases and private keys secure.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If your credentials or keys are lost or compromised, we may be unable to help you recover assets. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Trading risks
Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose some or all of the value you trade. By using Striker you acknowledge that:
- prices can move sharply between the moment you submit an order and the moment it settles, including through slippage and price impact;
- transactions may fail, be delayed or be front-run because of network congestion, validator behaviour or third-party protocols;
- many tokens, especially newly launched ones, have little liquidity, may be manipulated, or may be scams;
- smart contracts, bridges and blockchains can contain bugs or be exploited;
- you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for evaluating any asset before you buy it.
6. Fees
Striker charges a flat service fee of 0.75% on the value of each trade you execute through the Service. The fee is shown before you confirm a trade and is deducted automatically at execution.
Third-party costs such as liquidity-provider fees, price impact and network costs may also apply and are reflected in the quote you see. We may change our fees with notice in the Service; the fee in effect when you confirm a trade is the one that applies. Fees are non-refundable, including for trades that settle at an unfavourable price.
7. Referral program
Eligible users can invite others with a personal referral link and earn a share of the fees generated by the people they refer, currently 35% at level one, 4% at level two and 1% at level three, for as long as the program runs and the referred accounts remain active.
- Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, wash trading, and misleading promotion are not allowed.
- We may withhold, reverse or cancel rewards connected to abuse, fraud or breaches of these terms.
- Reward rates, payout methods and program rules may change or end, with notice in the Service.
- You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
8. Alpha AI signals and market data
Striker may show signals, alerts, wallet activity, social data and other analytics, including output from Alpha AI models. This information is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Signals can be wrong, delayed or incomplete, and past performance does not predict future results.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law, including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing and sanctions laws;
- manipulate markets, including pump-and-dump schemes, spoofing or wash trading;
- trade with proceeds of crime or on behalf of anyone else without authorisation;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, overload or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data without our written permission.
10. Third-party services
Striker relies on blockchains, decentralised exchanges, bridges, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure, data providers and messaging platforms that we do not control. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing or conduct.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by Alpha AI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service in line with these terms. The Striker and Alpha AI names and marks may not be used without our permission.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any order will be executed at a particular price or time.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alpha AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha AI and its team from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Striker at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including fees owed, disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice in the Service. Continuing to use Striker after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be settled by binding arbitration in [arbitration seat], on an individual basis. 3. Blockchain data is public
Transactions you make settle on public blockchains. Wallet addresses, amounts and timestamps are permanently visible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted by us. Please keep this in mind when linking a wallet address to your identity.

- To provide the Service: executing trades, showing balances and history, and delivering alerts.
- To run the referral program and calculate and pay rewards.
- To keep Striker secure, detect fraud and abuse, and meet sanctions and other legal obligations.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
- To communicate with you about updates, support requests and changes to our terms.
5. Legal bases
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and, where required, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After that, we keep it only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting or security purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your devices and credentials safe, and never share your recovery phrase or private keys with anyone, including people claiming to be from Striker.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data or ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on it;
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
California residents have rights under the CCPA, including knowing what we collect and asking us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. 10. International transfers
Our team and service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect data transferred internationally.

Striker is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
